Who Needs to Win in Week 12
We’ll start in the NFC. The Eagles really need a win. The tie last week could kill their playoff chances. It could put them half a game out in the end. They need to pile up the wins.
The Cowboys, the Redskins and the Falcons could use wins if they hope to be Wild Card teams. The Falcons are far surpassing what they were expected to do this year and it would be a great season if they could make the playoffs.
In the AFC, the Patriots/Dolphins game is turning out to be huge. Both teams need a win, but only one will get it. They each need to keep pace with the Jets if the playoffs will be in their future.
If the Chargers lose this week, their season is done. They would drop to 4-7 and it doesn’t look like a 9-7 team will make it this year. The Colts and Ravens also need to put up a W this week.
Week 12 will be a make or break week for a number of teams. Every win is important but winning down the stretch is crucial.
